SafeZone is a high performance plant machinery object detection system providing the operator time to respond to hazards and avoid collisions leading to potential accidents.
The plant machinery keypad immobiliser is designed to be resistant to general site and weather conditions. It has been rated with an IP67 for the keypad casing and for the module
If you want to keep your machinery safe, you should consider immobilisation options. These are a great way to make sure that no thief can drive off with your expensive machinery. From immobilising the starter motor wirelessly, to ultra high tech vehicle pin options, there are solutions to suit everyone. Here at GP Auto Electrics, we supply and install only the best sustainable products.
The keypad immobiliser is a robust and rugged keypad immobilisation system is designed for plant machinery. This device isolates up to three circuits and incorporates a PIN code function with different levels of user access. Furthermore, this front-line security system provides complete control to the asset owner with the ability to change PIN codes ‘Over-The-Air’. This function not only secures the asset from theft but also restricts unauthorised use.
A dual circuit electronic immobiliser system with PIN Override that meets the Insurance Approved Thatcham Category 2 Standard.
The system is deactivated by a coded touch-key operating without radio signal transponders therefore it cannot be decoded by RF scanning devices.
This system will arm itself in 60 seconds after the ignition is turned off – so you can’t forget to immobilise your machine. The system is simple to disarm too – using your coded anti-scan touch key, momentarily place it on a small, discreet dashboard mounted receptacle then start your vehicle.
The system is supplied with 2 anti-scan touch keys to disarm the system and a PIN code override as a back-up in case you lose or damage both of your keys.
With a staggering rise in ‘electronic vehicle theft’, more and more machine owners are seeking a solution that is highly effective in the event of an attempted theft and the peace of mind that gives them when their machine is unattended.
As an Insurance Approved Thatcham Category 2 product, most major and reputable insurers will offer owners a premium discount.

We have a range of camera systems to act as a security system and/or as a driver aid. Manoeuvring plant equipment safely can be difficult at times and an FTC camera system with in cab driver display offers the driver additional views to assist. The camera system also has the capability to continually record footage onto an SD card mounted in a secure tamper proof location or upgrade to the 1TB hard drive. The recorded footage can be easily downloaded and viewed at a later stage.
These systems are becoming widely used, especially for plant machinery construction equipment where there is no cab on the vehicle and the driver/operator can fall off, resulting in serious injury or even death.
The idea is that health and safety officers/inspectors can see if a seatbelt is being worn as the green beacon will flash. These devices are for off highway applications.
In terms of use on plant machinery, they are used to indicate that a seat belt is in use. When the seat belt is securely fastened, the green flashing beacon illuminates. These are additional to the amber flashing beacons fitted.
You can use them on plant machinery when they are working on-site, or at works on the road as any area closed off is no longer regarded as being part of the highway. They should not be used on the highway as this could be an offence under the Road Vehicle Lighting Regulations 1989, as amended.
We have a range of visual warning devices suitable for any type of plant machinery material handling equipment. The safety lighting range is used to enhance site safety and increase pedestrian awareness of the presence of moving hazards. Our range includes multiple solutions offering varied visual warning styles from spots, arrows, danger zones and safety repeaters all designed to increase site safety by using light as a visual warning device.
The purpose of the danger zone light is to ensure pedestrians stay a safe distance away from the forklift. The danger zone light projects a bright red or blue line on the floor to keep pedestrians away. This zone can be adjusted to the distance of your choice. This helps prevent foot injuries and collisions from rear end swing, as well as, showing a NO GO ZONE around any piece of materials handling equipment. This product is available in multiple voltages and is available in either Blue or Red.
The safety spot light consists of two energy efficient, long life LED lights attached to plant machinery material handling equipment to project a large arrow light onto the floor a few metres ahead of the direction of the truck’s travel (forwards or backwards). This acts as a warning to approaching pedestrians and can be lit constantly or in some cases when the direction of travel is engaged. This product is available in multiple voltages and is available in either Blue or Red working in conjunction with exclusion zone lighting.
